A fire was reported in an Italian church
On the night of September 1st, unidentified individuals set fire to the side door of the "Church of the Miracle" on Via Casa Santa in Mazara, Italy.
The Church of the Miracle is not just a place of worship; it also hosts key institutions like the Diocesan Caritas and the San Vito Onlus Foundation, where residents donate old and used clothing for Caritas to manage.
A pile of these clothes enabled the vandals to easily spread the fire, causing significant damage to the church’s wooden door.
