Far-left activists threatened a priest in Spain

On the 10th of February, strangers left a message on the walls of the parish church of the Roman Catholic priest Father Pablo Pich Aguilera which could be translated into Spanish like this: “We are watching you, Pablo. We will abort.”

The text is signed by Arran, a youth group of the Catalan separatist left. Father Pablo Pich Aguilera posted a photo of the graffiti on his Twitter account and expressed his thanks for the many messages of support.

“In reality this graffiti has been recurring. In one year, this is the fifth time they have defaced the church,” Fr. Pablo further commented.

The radical left-wing groups are gaining popularity across Spain and continue to cross lines in their increasingly aggressive behaviours.
