Objects representing Saint John Paul II were vandalised in a Polish church

On 14 March, perpetrators vandalized the Sacred Heart church in Sieradz (Poland) during the night, targeting stained glass portraits and posters of Pope John-Paul II.

The stained glass and a glass door were broken too. The authorities were able to identify and arrest two perpetrators, which were two men in their 20s.

After the investigation, the police noted that the vandals had also stolen alcohol and caused other disturbances on the same night.
