The church-door of an Italian church was set on fire
On the afternoon of the 15th of April, a fire was set at the door of the church of Saints Jacopo and Filippo in Montecatini Alto (Central Italy).
An unidentified perpatrator set fire to the church door, which was partially destroyed. The firefighters intervened shortly afterwards for the first investigations.
The military waited for the parish priest to arrive and asked him a few questions to see if he had recently received any threats.
At the moment it seems that there are no direct witnesses of the fire and the police will examine the cameras in the area to collect information useful for tracking down the vandals.
