A sixth church set on fire in Kenya in January
As we reported earlier, this January, five churches were set on fire in the course of four days in Otamba, Southern Kenya. On the night of the 24th of January, a sixth church was also set on fire.
On the night of the 24th of January, an altar was set ablaze in a church in Otamba. The police arrested ten suspects, identified by residents. The investigation is continuing.
Most of the suspects were under the influence of drugs, and many had already committed violence. The police have also confirmed that in all cases the vandals attacked the altars primarily.
