Two individuals in prison for desecration of graves in Benin
Two individuals were imprisoned in Abomey in Benin on the 31st of August for desecration of graves, violations of graves and trafficking in bones.
A first individual was arrested a few days earlier with human skulls, and confessed to having acted on the order of a voodoo mage, himself subsequently arrested.
“According to the tomb desecrator, the skulls discovered in his possession were unearthed in the PK 14 cemetery of Abomey-Calavi.”
