Cardinal Bechara Boutros Rai and the Ambassador of Lebanon praised the Hungary Helps Program
The Cardinal and the Ambassador praised the work of the Hungary Helps Program in a working lunch with Tristan Azbej.
This week, Tristan Azbej of Aid of Persecuted Christians and the Hungary Helps Program had a working lunch at the Embassy of Lebanon with Patriarch Moran Mor Bechara Boutros al-Rahi, the Maronite Patriarch of Antioch, along with the Ambassador of Lebanon in Hungary.
Both the Patriarch and the Ambassador praised the efforts of the Hungarian Government and its aim to help persecuted Christian communities.
Tristan Azbej talked about the achievements of the Hungary Helps Program. He highlighted that more than two thousand five hundred people were empowered to stay in their homeland thanks to the Hungarian governmental program.
