Thirteen churches attacked since mid-June in Vancouver

Police in Vancouver, on the west coast of Canada, have seen a marked increase in vandalism against churches since the beginning of June, the Vatican News website reported on the 3rd of August, according to recnet report.


The report shows thirteen incidents involving throwing stones at windows, graffiti on the walls and threats of fire.

In one month across Canada, since the 21st of June, 45 churches have been the target of fire attempts, 17 of which were completely burned, according to associations for the defense of Christians.
