Church vandalised in France before Christmas

The Notre Dame Church of Talant, in France, was vandalised on the night of the 23rd of December.

 

Fabien Ruinet, the mayor of Talant near Dijon, stated that the Notre Dame Church’s windows were smashed on the night of the 23rd of December.

The mayor condemned this act of vandalism and announced that a complaint was filed at the Dijon Police Station. According to him, vandalising a Christian church the night before Christmas is a “serious act which must be punished in an exemplary manner.”
