On the 22nd of March, the Saint Petronio basilica in Bologna will be lit in red to remember the missionary martyrs.
On Sunday, the 22nd of March, in the Archdiocese of Bologna, the 28th day of prayer will take place to remember the missionary martyrs. On this occasion, the Basilica of Saint Petronio will be lit in red, to remind us about the blood of the Christian martyrs.
Alessandro Monteduro, the director of ACS Italy, confirmed that during the event, organisers would obey the security measures that have been established and are aimed at curtailing the spread of the Coronavirus.
Besides the Basilica of Saint Petronio, many parishes will join the initiative, and organise prayers.
