Church minister free from captivity

The chuch minister was abducted in Nigeria and held captive for two weeks. He has now regained his freedom and started his recovery from the ordeal of his kidnapping.
Mikah Suleiman, a church minister in Zamfara State, Nigeria, was kidnapped on June 22 from his home when gunmen broke into his house early in the morning and seized him. His abductors held him captive for two weeks before he was released.
Before his release, his kidnappers uploaded a video in which Mikah pleaded for assistance to regain his freedom. On July 7, Pascal Salifu, a church spokesperson, released a statement announcing Mikah Suleiman’s release.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to God for his protection and to everyone who offered prayers and support during this challenging time.”
He also stated that Mikah had started his recovery and asked for further support and prayers for his full recovery. Mika Suleiman personally released a video in which he thanked everyone for the support and help that led him to freedom.
“I want to thank you for your prayers and your support towards my rescue. By the grace of God, I am out of the hands of the bandits. Thank you very much.”
