Thirty-three people were killed, and four churches were set on fire by Fulani herdsmen over six days in the neighbourhood of Atyap in Kaduna State.

The Nigerian press reported that following the attacks of Fulani herdsmen in villages in the neighbourhood of Atyap, Kaduna State, thirty-three people were left dead over a period of six days at the beginning of July.

In addition, four churches and two hundred and fifteen houses were set on fire.
