Church theft in Poland leaves community in shock
Unknown perpetrators have stolen relics from the Saint Joseph's parish in Krakow.
The parish itself, published on social media, informed about the event. “The relics of St. Brother Albert were stolen from our Sanctuary! They were on the altar of the Apostles of Mercy. Please share this message,” the priests wrote on Facebook.
They also shared a photo of the reliquary and reported that the stolen item is similar to it. “There is a figure of Saint Brother Albert on the stolen one,” they added.
