Church wall smeared with threatning slogans in Western Poland
Unknown perpatrators damaged the facade of the parish church in the town of Kożuchów (Western Poland). An inscription in Spanish appeared on the wall, "The only church that illuminates is the one that burns".
Fr. Andrzej Sapiecha, spokesman for the Zielona Góra-Gorzów Diocese’s curia, informed us that the act of vandalism was reported to the police by the local parish priest, and the inscription was removed.
The policemen performed their duties and handed the case over to the prosecutor – says staff sergeant Justyna Sęczkowska, spokeswoman for the police in Nowa Sól.
The police are currently investigating the case.
