Islamists tried to kill a Christian leader in Egypt
According to eyewitnesses, a Christian died and others were injured in the attack.
On the night of the 10th of December, three Islamist extremists attacked a Christian leader in front of a church, in Egypt. According to eyewitnesses, the attackers had knives, and they tried to kill the Christian leader, who managed to escape by car.
After they failed to kill the leader, they attacked other Christians near the church. They killed a Christian man and injured two others in the attack. Both of them were transported to hospital with serious injuries; they are still struggling for their lives.
