We must prevent the establishment of migration channels aimed at Europe

Migrants

“The plan put forward by European socialists concerning the establishment of a separate channel for migration into Europe represents a huge danger, and this must be prevented at the European Parliament elections”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó said in a statement to Hungarian media on Thursday. In a previous interview the minister also stated he believes Europe’s security begins in Africa.

The minister was reacting to a statement issued on Wednesday by Vice-President of the European Commission and the socialists’ top candidate, Franz Timmermans.

“Brussels policy that treats migration as given, and builds upon inspiring it, is dangerous to Europe”

“Migration should be stopped, not organised. It is clear that Frans Timmermans and the European socialists want to further increase migration processes aimed towards Europe in accordance with the Soros-network’s order”, Péter Szijjártó said. “The increasing of migration processes can only be prevented if the anti-migration forces achieve a majority at the EP elections”, he pointed out.

At the session of the council of foreign ministers, the parties reviewed the situation that has developed surrounding Europe, he told the press. He also added:

“It can be determined that the EU is currently bordered by frozen conflicts from the east, and by crisis zones from the south”

“There has unfortunately been absolutely no progress with relation to the crises surrounding us from the south; we have not moved forward with relation to the Syrian or Libyan conflicts, on top of which, together with the migrants arriving from Sub-Saharan Africa towards North Africa,

there are a total of some 30-35 million people living in Europe’s immediate vicinity who could decide to set out for Europe at any time because of their life circumstances”, Mr. Szijjártó stated.

The Minister said that in his evaluation, in light of this the statement issued on Wednesday by Frans Timmermans, the top candidate of the European socialists, is particularly alarming. He and George Soros’s men have made their plans clear: They would like to create a new channel, a new opportunity to bring migrants into Europe if the pro-migration forces remain in a majority within the EP and the European Commission. We have seen in recent years how great a security risk migration processes represent”, the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade said.

This is extremely dangerous to Europe, our culture and to European values which root in Christianity.

A day before in another interview on Hungarian M1 television’s Tuesday morning current affairs program, the Minister was asked, amongst others, about his meeting on Monday with Eritrean Foreign Minister Osman Saleh Mohammed.

According to Mr. Szijjártó, the European Union is not only on the wrong track with relation to mandatory resettlement quotas, but is also placing African cooperation into a totally incorrect perspective.

The minister stressed that his Eritrean counterpart “agrees with Hungarian migration policy”, because if people leave his country there will be nobody to work for the future and build Eritrea’s modern economy.Peter and the colleague

He repeated that in his opinion Europe’s security begins in Africa, meaning it is greatly dependent on the stability of North Africa.

As an example, he cited the fact that since Libya has become destabilised migration from more southern areas of Africa is reaching the continent’s northern shores unhindered via the country, from where migrants board ships bound for Europe.

He also spoke about the fact that assistance should not be provided to ensure that as many people as possible reach Europe, as represented by Brussels policy, but to help them remain there, and that requires peace, stability and economic progress.
