Islamists killed two young Christians

Boko Haram fighters carried out an attack against a Christian community. The terrorists killed two Christian youth and burned down several buildings and a church.

Boko Haram, an Islamist terrorist group, carried out an attack on Bazir village in the Chibok Local Government Area of Borno State, Nigeria. In the brutal attack, two young Christians lost their lives. According to sources of Barnabas Aid, another woman was also wounded. The armed terrorists set fire and burned down multiple buildings in the village, including homes, shops, and a church. A resident stated:

These attacks have been able to occur with alarming frequency. More needs to be done to ensure the safety and security of our community.”

Locals live in fear as Boko Haram launched several attacks in the area in the past weeks. Fighters of the terrorist organization raided Njiland village and attacked the Shikarkir community at the beginning of this year, burning down homes and a church.
