Boko Haram executes four civilians
Out of the numerous civilians kidnapped recently, Boko Haram fighters executed four of them, subsequently releasing a video documenting the event. One of the executed was the niece of one of the terrorists, who justified his part in the execution of his relative by saying that she is a Christian, so they do not share the same faith.
In October, Boko Haram fighters attacked Ngoshe village, Gwoza, Borno State, Nigeria. During the attack, they killed five people and abducted fifteen others. The terrorist group released a video showing their captives, two men and five women, as the Boko Haram fighters line the bound and defenseless farmers up. Then the terrorists proceeded with beheading four of their captives, leaving only the three elderly people alive.
One of the victims, a young woman, was the niece of one of the terrorists participating in the execution. The Islamist fighter justified the killing of one of his relatives by saying that the woman is a Christian and they do not belong to the same faith. At the end of the video, the terrorists make a promise to intensify the attacks in the region.
In the past decade, the Boko Haram Islamist terrorist group carried out numerous attacks, mainly against Christian farmers and civilians. Boko Haram is only one of the many terrorist organizations active in the region, but all of them share the same goal. The terrorist groups try to inflict fear, and they carry out various attacks, from mass kidnapping to burning down villages and executing people.
