According to these statistics, 42,655,372 cases of killing an unborn child were documented in 2020. This is far more deaths than from individual diseases, accidents or suicides.
According to the portal, in the past twelve months, 8.7 million people have died from cancer, five million from smoking, thirteen million from diseases not specified here, and 1.7 million from AIDS. Cases of people who have died due to malaria and alcohol are also recorded.
