Hindu extremists attacked the houses of Christians in an Indian village

The homes of fifteen Christian families have been destroyed in the village of Singanpur, in the state of Chhatisgarh, after a violent Hindu attack.
A group of two or three thousand Hindus attacked the house of Christian families in the village and caused serious damages to the buildings. The leaders of the village blame the Christians for following a foreign religion, that made the people revolt against them.
The police were called during the incidents, but they could squash the enormous crowd. Many of the attackers were under the influence of alcohol, and some have made videos about the incident, that show how the defenceless Christians were being insulted by the drunk extremists. About 75 Christians had to flee their own homes, many of them were hurt, and needed medical care.
