ICC provides food aid for mob victims
In early 2020, a mob of Hindu extremists wreaked havoc on six Christian homes in their village in India. The mob broke down doors, smashed windows, and destroyed countless household items in the villagers’ homes.
The attackers then turned their attention to the Christians themselves, beating them black and blue. As a result, four Christian women were severely injured and required hospitalization.
Following this traumatic event, ICC stepped in to provide food aid for the six affected families. In addition to lifting the financial burden on these families, the food packages will allow them to direct their attention toward addressing this incident with the authorities without worrying where their next meal will come from.
