Cemetery desecrated in Fontainebleau, France

On the night of the 27th of the December, sixty-seven tombs were damaged in the municipal cemetery of Fontainebleau.

The vandals drew swastikas in different colours on the tombs and wrote some strange words, such as “Charles” or “Biobananas”.

“Sixty-seven ancient and new stones were vandalised with pink, white and golden swastikas,” declared Frédéric Valletoux, the Mayor of Fontainebleau.

The Jewish cemetery, located next to the municipal cemetery, was left intact by the vandals.
