Group launched to protect religious students on campuses

An organization dedicated to safeguarding religious freedom has introduced a new initiative designed to protect these rights on college campuses in response to increasing intolerance and antisemitism.

Last week, the Religious Freedom Institute announced the launch of the Campus Faith Alliance, which will be active at various universities this fall semester.

David Trimble, President of RFI, informed The Christian Post via email that the Campus Faith Alliance was established to address the “growing challenges faced by students of faith on American college campuses.”

Founded in 2016 by several academics, RFI’s mission is to promote “religious freedom worldwide and support individuals who face persecution due to their religious beliefs.”
