More than two hundred million children are forced to work around the world; today is the world day against child labour
Today is the International World Day Against Child Labour. On this occasion, Tristan Azbej reminds us that more than two hundred million children are forced to work worldwide.
The State Secretary for the Aid of Persecuted Christians and the Hungary Helps Program invited his followers to act against this phenomena. He also writes that Hungary Helps Program is committed to fighting against child labour within the framework of many ongoing projects.
The program supports, among others, the infrastructural development of the Don Bosco Child Protection Centre in Ghana, contributing to the rehabilitation of street children aged between six and seventeen. He also added that at the end of this month, he would personally visit the institute in Ghana.
