A church that is more than one hundred years old was burned down in Pennsylvania

On the 24th of February, the 115-year-old Middlesex Methodist Church was completely burned down in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
According to the firemen, the fire started in the basement due to an electrical discharge.
The fire had already reached the steeple when the firefighters arrived on-site; it took four hours to put the fire out, which by then had completely destroyed the church.
