Argentine Congress approved a government bill to legalise abortion

The lower house of Argentina's Congress approved a government bill on Friday morning to legalise prenatal infanticide up until the fourteenth week of pregnancy. The proposal will now go to the Senate.

Current Argentine abortion legislation allows for the murder of an unborn child in two cases: when the pregnancy threatens the health or life of the mother, and when the new life developing in the mother’s womb, has arisen as a result of rape.

For the Left, however, this is not enough, and that is why for many years they have pushed for freer access to this terrible practice. The current bill being processed allows for the killing of children up until the fourteenth week of their prenatal life.

After the most recent “victory” of the left-wing fundamentalists in Congress, the matter will be taken up by the Senate. During the deliberations of Congress, citizens gathered outside  – both supporting the right to life and the “right” to abortion.

If Pope Francis’ homeland finally legalises prenatal infanticide, it will be akin to communist Cuba and Uruguay. These are the only countries in Latin America that allow the murder of defenseless people who have not yet been born.
