As earlier reported, Priest Francisco Núñez Martínez from Santa María Ajoloapan parish in Tecámac disappeared on the 26th of October.

Recently, his sister has announced that the priest was found safe and sound, five days after his disappearance. The diocese confirmed the news, but they did not write about the reason for his disappearance.

Mgr. Guillermo Francisco Escobar Galicia, Bishop of the Diocese of Teotihuacan, confirmed the news with a brief message, sent to Fides, in which he communicates to the faithful the “joy of knowing that Father Francisco Núñez Martinez is safe and sound with his family.”
