Due to the introduced lockdown, a possibility of having remote contact (telephone, video) with the provider of abortion services was introduced. After consulting the woman, the service provider then sends abortion pills to her by mail, which are to be taken at home.

Abortion is always the murder of an unborn child. In this case, however, the trauma and side effects for the woman are intensified. She is deprived of any medical or psychological help while taking a pill that is lethal for her child.

An email leaked from the UK’s health ministry said there are at least thirteen investigations pending relating to home abortion procedures. Two of them are about the mother’s death.
