Rabbi Avi Weiss wants to dispose of Catholic church in Auschwitz
A Jewish activist from the USA declared that he doesn't like the presence of Catholic symbols next to the German death camp of Auschwitz-Birkenau.
Avi Weiss explained that the church in Birkenau, “with its unavoidable Christian presence, is one of the most immediate threats to the interity of the memory of the victims”.
